DC booting in Safe mode

After running Windows update on a DC, it only came up in Safe mode. Logs showed no major errors, so should be no reason for it to do so. Using F8 under boot and choosing Normal did not change anything. Cisco AnyConnect and Windows 8

Seen this error when trying to use the Cisco client with Windows 8? The VPN Client driver has encountered an error. The fix for me was pretty easy.
