Both your inbox_monitor and outbox_monitor in SCCM has changed status to failed? Recently changed your clock to comply with daylight savings? Yes, there is a connection.
The solution is to restart the two services from the ConfigMgr Service Manager after your clock is correct. There is also a patch available for this and other issues related to DST in SCCM.
If you don’t know how the ConfigMgr Service Manager works, just browse to the service in question, and remember that it doesn’t show the live status of the service, you must query it each time you make a change. You will find the Service Manager at the bottom of your SCCM menu on the left.
