I posted in an earlier post that you can run “winsat –formal” during the deployment. As you probably know this takes a long time.
A better method is to do this for each computer model you have and export the xml files that is placed under “C:WindowsPerformanceWinSATDataStore”. Copy the files over to your sourcefile directory so that you can “install” them during deployment. The XML files are unique for each hardware so you can place as many as you like inside a single folder. Windows will also only use the one that are valid for the current hardware it is running on.

Just place the xml files inside the source directory and run this script as an application in MDT. This will then copy over the Winsat prepop files. Windows will have to be running a while before the index is adjusted. This happens as a background process.
